EGR Question in English

Dear Peugeot 306 drivers,

my french isn't very good to place a question in your language. But i love it. So please forgive me, i am placing it in english.

I've got a question about my lovely car I am driving a 306 xrdt 1994 Bosch pump, with now 230.000 km. And it is rolling and rolling
Does this motor have an EGR?. And where can i find it?.

It would be very nice, if someone can place a photo if it has an EGR. So i can deactivate it.

There's no EGR, but others could confirm !

It is necessary to neutralize near the valve and not the connector (if not, the calculator will take it like a malfunction of valve EGR and passes in degraded mode = > less power, ...)

If it is an electric valve EGR, we simply disconnect on the valve wire and if it is a pneumatic valve, we disconnect the small pipe and the end is stopped

Ohh thanks, thats really helpfull.

But this looks liken a HDI, is the Valve the same as a TD. I think in my car of 1994 is nothing electrical by the EGR.
